A software studio in London

We watch how the work is really done before we build anything, and fix the price before we start. That is the main thing worth knowing about us.

We started building operational software for businesses where the system either worked or the company had a serious problem that week. Retail, logistics, manufacturing, construction. Different industries, the same job each time: go in, watch how the work is actually done, then build something that fits it.

That order matters more than anything technical. Most software that gets quietly abandoned was built from a brief rather than from watching the work, and the gap shows up months later when nobody uses it.

Every project has one project manager, who is your contact from the first call to handover. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, which is why we are direct about whether yours is a fit.

When we are the wrong choice

Worth saying plainly, because finding out three weeks in wastes more of your time than ours.

  • Projects under £10,000, where an off-the-shelf product is nearly always the better purchase
  • Hiring developers to work under your own management. We deliver finished systems, not people
  • Work where the requirement is already fully specified and the only question is price

Tell us what is not working

Describe the process that is costing you time. If software is the wrong answer we will say so, and if a product already covers it we will name the product.

From £10,000Most projects land between £15,000 and £55,000.
