Who these terms are with

This site is operated by WAZRDOF Group, based in London, United Kingdom. Using the site means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please stop using it.

Who owns what is on it

The text, guides, case studies, design and code of this site belong to us. You may read it, quote it with attribution, link to it, and share it internally.

You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own, sell it, or use it to train a model that competes with us. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and always will be.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or infrastructure you have not been given access to. Do not probe, scan or test the security of the site without written permission. Do not upload anything malicious through the contact form.

Automated requests are welcome at a reasonable rate. Requests heavy enough to degrade the site for other people will be blocked, and we reserve the right to block any source without notice.

What the content is and is not

The guides describe how we see this market, including price ranges drawn from publicly published sources. They are general information, not advice for your specific situation, and figures published by other firms change without telling us.

Nothing on this site is an offer. A price becomes binding when it appears in a written scope that we have both signed.

Case studies

Client names are withheld by agreement. Figures given are the ones measured on those projects and are not a prediction of what any other project will achieve.

Project work

Anything we build for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payment schedule, intellectual property and support. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for loss arising from it being unavailable or from reliance on general information published here.

Links to other sites

The guides link to research, competitors and third-party sources because naming them is the point. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or for how they handle your data.

Limits on our liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site or relying on general information published here.

We update this page when the site changes and move the date at the top. The version in force is the one published when you use the site.
