Custom software development services
Five kinds of work. They overlap, and most projects involve two or three of them, so start with whichever description sounds most like your problem.
Bespoke software development
Custom systems for the work no off-the-shelf product does properly, built around your process rather than around a template.
Software integration
Connecting the software you already own, so the person who copies data between two screens can stop.
Bespoke CRM
A CRM shaped around your pipeline, for companies whose process the mainstream products cannot represent.
Bespoke web applications
Browser-based systems your team or your clients log into daily, built for the work rather than for a demo.
Legacy software modernisation
Replacing software that still works but is holding the business back, in stages, without a shutdown.
How we work
We spend time in the business before writing anything. Most software that gets rejected was built from a brief rather than from watching the work, and the difference shows up months later when nobody uses it.
After that you get a written scope and a fixed price. Changes are quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly, which keeps both sides honest about what was agreed.
Projects start at £10,000. Most projects land between £15,000 and £55,000. Larger programme work is quoted individually. If an off-the-shelf product covers your requirement, we will tell you which one.
Tell us what is not working
Describe the process that is costing you time. If software is the wrong answer we will say so, and if a product already covers it we will name the product.
