Eight custom software projects for UK businesses, written up with screens from the systems and the numbers that were actually measured. Client names are withheld by agreement, which is the trade we make for being able to publish the figures.
No two of these look alike, and that is the point. Each one is built around a process that belongs to one company, so it takes the shape of that company rather than the shape of our last project. Agencies who bring us work keep their own brand on the front of it.

Making margin visible in a four-store grocery chain
Four stores, no line-level margin data, and stock losses nobody could account for. We built the system that showed where the money went.
